MindEdBook is being built to help school leaders organize the documents, public information, schedules, and operational knowledge their schools already use—then make that context current, useful, and appropriate for each audience.
Early participants may receive free or substantially reduced access while we measure real operating costs and refine the experience.

The idea
A school’s useful knowledge is scattered across files, calendars, websites, handbooks, and the people doing the work. MindEdBook is being designed to bring those sources into one inspectable Book without pretending every audience should see the same thing.
Bring together the material a school already relies on. Each useful statement remains connected to where it came from.
Leadership, staff, families, grant work, and future custom uses can draw from distinct permitted portions of the same Book.
When a source changes, the Book should show which facts, prior answers, and next actions may need attention.
A working moment
The screen at right is a concept preview built from synthetic school information. It illustrates the standard we are working toward: useful language first, exact support immediately available.
If a schedule, policy, or date changes, a school leader needs to know which source supports the answer—and whether that source is still current. A fluent sentence alone is not enough.

Built carefully
We are beginning with staff and operational information plus aggregate or publicly available school information.
Before an authorized AI request, MindEdBook is being designed to replace recognized staff identities with consistent protected labels and send only the permitted context packet—not the original files.
Public information found for a school should be offered for review before it becomes approved school context.
The system is being designed so a channel’s permitted evidence is selected before retrieval, visualization, or model use.
